Users must be at least 18 years old or use Hodiya under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for providing accurate information.
3. Subscription
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Educational Content
All lessons, videos, stories, songs, games, illustrations, characters, and learning materials are provided for personal educational use only.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including the Hodiya name, logo, Bomi, Kiki, graphics, animations, curriculum, and software are owned by Hodiya and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, misuse the platform, or share accounts without permission.
7. Account Suspension
Hodiya may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance or technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hodiya is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
