Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Hodiya account and what happens when you do.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion at any time through your Hodiya account settings, or by contacting the Hodiya support team with your registered account details.
2. What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your parent/guardian profile, your child profile information, learning progress, and account credentials. Some information may be retained only where required by law or for legitimate business needs such as billing records.
3. Active Subscriptions
If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, where applicable.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period. Once complete, the action is permanent and cannot be undone.
